HISTORY
Nevco Automatic Transmissions Ltd. is a family run business that has thrived in Metro Vancouver since 1978 and at its current location in Burnaby since 1986. The original owner, Nevio Lazarich passed the business down to his son, Larry Lazarich in 1999. Throughout the years, Nevco has shown its customer base a dedication to quality service and remarkable transmission repair and in return they have come back time and again, sometimes with years between services, when repairs are needed.
In addition to the usual transmission shop services, Larry is one of only a handful of mechanics who can rebuild transmissions from the 1940s to the 1970s. This unique service has attracted customers from across Canada. They ask Larry questions about their restoration vehicles and often have their transmissions delivered to his shop to have them re-built.
